And before that, before it was purchased by Microsoft, it was just called Great Plains.  And the very first release of Great Plains was called Great Plains Accounting, GPA for short.  That was back in 1981.  The point being this:  Dynamics GP is built on a rock solid foundation of superior accounting software.

Similarly, when you trace the history of Altico’s principals and consulting staff back to their roots, before they were experts in technology, before they dedicated themselves to integrating financial management software with the applications that run manufacturing companies, distributors, and service organizations…they were accountants.  They ran accounting firms.  They were CPAs and Controllers working in public and corporate accounting.  They hold accounting degrees.
