Bank Reconciliation and GL for Microsoft Dynamics GP

Please join us for a Bank Reconciliation and General Ledger training class specifically designed for users of Microsoft Dynamics GP.  Bank Rec is a great application for automating an otherwise tedious monthly process.  If you own it but have not started to use it, or if you don’t own it yet and want to see what it’s all about, this class is for you.

You enter, edit, and post journal entries in your GL.  But do you also know how to use Quick Journals, how to set up recurring journal entries, and how to maintain budgets with the Excel wizard?  If learning more about the capabilities of your GL module is of interest, then this class is for you.  

We’ll walk you through the setup for entering bank charges and other transactions directly into Bank Rec, grouping checks into deposits, posting deposits and transactions in Bank Rec.  Plus clearing transactions in GL and Bank Rec, maintaining history in both modules, creating inquiries and zooming in to documents in GL and Bank Rec.
