Dynamics CRM Consultant

The individual in this role is has extensive experience in the design, implementation, and integration of CRM systems, including data migration and end user training.  The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment and must be able to complete multiple assignments on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Design and implementation of complex CRM solutions in the areas of, but not limited to,
Sales Automation, Customer Service/Support, Marketing Automation
• Participation in pre-sales activities to develop client demos, project estimates and proposals
• Assess and define technology requirements for clients prior to implementations
• On-site consulting with clients
• Ability to multitask for multiple clients on a daily basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology
(or related field of study)
• 2+ years solid CRM implementation experience with MS CRM, Onyx, Pivotal, Siebel and/or SalesLogix, etc
• Microsoft certifications preferred but not required (MS CRM, MCSD, MCSE, etc)
• Microsoft development experience (ASP.NET, C#, COM+)
• database platforms (Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle)
• Server infrastructure, architecture, implementation and configuration skills
• Passion and dedication
