Sending a Link to a CRM Record

   

Here's a quick and easy way to send a link to a Record to a fellow CRM user:

1.  Open the Record that you want to send. 
2.  If you cannot see the URL in the Address Bar, you may need to press F11 to take the window to full screen. 
3.    Select (highlight) the URL in the Address Bar and Press CTRL+C to Copy. 
4.    Open a new e-mail and paste in the URL.
 
The recipient of your e-mail can then simply click on the link you’ve provided to access the record that you’re referencing.
