IT Tech Support

The individual in this role will provide technical support to the ERP and CRM implementation activities for our professional services team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment and must be able to complete multiple assignments on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Planning, design and implementation of Microsoft Windows-based servers for enterprise applications
• Installation, configuration and administration of Microsoft SQL servers
• Diagnose complex Windows and SQL performance issues
• Assess and define technology requirements for clients prior to implementations and application upgrades
• Perform data migration services utilizing SQL server technologies
• Prepare system documentation and develop best practices for SQL and Windows server installations

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft operating systems, SQL Server and Exchange
• Microsoft certifications preferred but not required (MS CRM, MCSD, MCSE, etc)
• Passion and dedication
