Project Manager –Implementation Team (Full-Time)

Lead project team in the delivery of consulting projects focused on implementing various business system solutions. This individual will oversee multiple projects being performed by in-house, contracted and client personnel. The projects result in measurable improvement in revenue, costs, client retention and satisfaction.

• Lead in the assessment, design, development, and deployment phases of implementation projects.
• Lead in all aspects of project management including developing and managing the schedule, budget, timing and development and presentation of deliverables.
• Regularly interact with clients, develop strong client relations, and demonstrate high level of commitment to client success.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified candidates will possess demonstrated work experience that includes a multiple of the following skill sets:

• Professional project management certification.
• Project management of ERP or CRM application implementations
• Business process analysis and design consulting.
• Application training and organizational change/support management.
